Alan Grant – Partner – Hoddesdon

Alan Grant is a partner of the firm and works from our Hoddesdon office. He qualified with one of the top city firms before seeking the challenge of a range of work from commercial and civil litigation, family, and employment.

For many years he has practised in these fields and has worked with large institutions, small businesses, and individuals resolving disputes either by negotiation or ultimately in court.

Some of his work has included contractual disputes between companies, professional negligence, re architects solicitors and accountants, building dispute claims, possession actions, land and boundary disputes, Inheritance Act claims and disputes over wills, personal injury and insurance claims, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims for employer and employees, re compromise agreements, financial claims in divorce and for co-habitees applications re contact and residence for children.
