Richard Morley – Solicitor – Enfield and Hoddesdon

Richard is a solicitor in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department and is able to accept instructions in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including property disputes, personal injury and claims under the Inheritance Act 1975 and Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (ToLATA) 1996. He is also undertakes Family work including divorce, ancillary relief applications, and Children Act 1989 applications. Richard qualified as a solicitor in August 2014 having undertaken his training contract at Fairbairn Smith & Co. prior to its incorporation into DHP Law LLP. He promotes a common sense approach to litigation and will utilise the full range of dispute resolution options available wherever possible. He has a good relationship with specialist barristers in a variety of areas, and also undertakes his own advocacy work in the County Court.

Outside of work Richard enjoys playing tennis, running, sailing, reading, playing the saxophone, and the theatre.
